The price is for day and appartment if staying 2 people. For each person and day in addition we ask 10,00 Euro.

At Appiano the holiday tax is about Euro 2,00 for each person and day.

If the children have less than 4 years, they don't pay, for until 10 years old kids we ask 50%.

We look forward to seeing you here. You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before your set date of arrival. Between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set date of arrival we charge 40% of the value of the booking. Between 1 month and 1 week before set date of arrival the cancellation charge amounts to 70% of the booking price. This amount goes up to 90% if cancellation is made in the week before set date of arrival. We recommend our ’Red Rooster’ cancellation protection policy as an extra service. If asked, you can get to know better our farm by visiting the vine yards.

Dipending on the season: we make fruits and vegetables available. We also offer eggs from our happy chickens

If previous requested: we offer yo the pick up service from Bolzano train station or airport. If you'll need it from other places, we can organize a shuttle service against payment.

We can help you to get fresh bread every day. In the appartement you'll find de list for choosing. We just ask you to give it back to you every previous day. A relaxed breakfast will let you start good the new day.

The lakes Monticolo (small und big one) are well known. From our farm you can get ther by car in about 5 minutes. On foot you'll join them in ca. 45 minutes, by bicycle earlier (there's a nice, new cycle path. Through summer months a bus shuttle from busstation of Appiano is offered.

in Girlan/Cornaiano there is a big super market (open monday - friday from 7.30 until 12.45 and from 14.30 until 19.00, saturday from 7.30 until 18.30), butcher shop and a pharmacy - from our farm just 800 metres. Many shopping possibilities you get at Appiano/Eppan, just 3 km far from us. Appiano can joined also by citybus, which starts just at the beginning of our street Marol.

9hole golf in Riva di Sotto, just 8 car-minutes from here. (open from 8.00 until 19.00). 4hole golf Freudenstein in Appiano/Eppan.

There's a very good public bus service which connects Bolzano an nearly every village on the Vine Street. From bus station Appiano public busses start every 15 minutes, from Girlans station (in our neighbourhood) every hour. Nearest train station: Bolzano (ca. 16 km), nearest airport: Bolzano (ca 12 km). It's amazing how many places you can join by using public means of transports!

If you just don't know it yet: our sport zone Rungg is also famous as trainingscamp for german national football team. They have already prepared for the World Championship two times there. From our farm you can join it in onli 3 minutes by car, about 20 on foot or 15 by bicycle. The zone is very good situated, in addition to the forest, offers tennis, football, beach volley, boccia, very nice trails.
